OIRPS consults with individuals and groups on a variety of topics related to assessment. Consultation on assessing teaching is free to members of the UA community. Consultation on surveys and grant proposals normally involves a cost if more than three hours of consulting time is involved.

COMMON CONSULTATION TOPICS FOR EVALUATING TEACHING INCLUDE:

• interpreting TCE reports

• understanding and using TCE results

• modifying TCE forms to include questions of departmental interest

• developing surveys and special questionnaires for evaluating teaching

• for other methods individuals can use to evaluate their own teaching contact the UTC.
