Teachers and students should have UA official email accounts (UA NetID) in order to participate in TCE online. TCE system is automatically sending the TCE Online instructions and reminders using University central data. Teachers should have UA NetID to get access to their TCE reports and to check response rate of Online evaluations. Students should have UA NetID to get access to Rating Results.
Information for Instructors
Students:
Access your evaluation form for this course by clicking the 'Course Evaluation' link under your Class Schedule on your Student Link page from ... to... (put the proper dates for current semester).Helpful tips:
o Please submit your completed responses at least once every twenty minutes. To finish the evaluation, re-enter the site and complete.
o If you must leave your computer prior to completing the evaluation, please submit your partial responses and return when ready to finish.
o For long comments, it is best to type them in Word first. Once completed, you can then re-enter the evaluation, copy and paste to the comment area, and submit.
The TCE questionnaire is accessed through the student's Student Link page. As soon as the student is logged in, if their course is being evaluated online, they will see the 'Course Evaluation' link under their class schedule:

Click the 'Course Evaluation' link. On the next page, select the course section to evaluated by clicking on the appropriate record. The online evaluation form will appear. If the course section does not appear, either the course section is not open for online evaluation or there may be a problem with the student's registration status. For help with registration status contact Curriculum and Registration at 621-3113. If the course information is not correct (wrong instructor, etc...) contact the Department under which the course is offered by clicking the Department Contact link. Locate and view the relevant departmental information and contact the person listed in the table.
To complete the evaluation, the student should click on course link and answer each question by selecting the appropriate response. Clicking the 'SUBMIT FORM' button at the end of the questionnaire completes the process. The student should receive message about successful submitting. In case of error the student may have spent too much time in filling out the form. The student should try again and submit in the middle of process, open the evaluation form again and continue. It is better to write the long comments in temporary file and copy and paste them to comment fields. When you open the evaluation again you can check and correct your answers.
